Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your MAXPRO equipment in its original packaging, including all accessories, cables, and manuals to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
